As a Partnership Manager, you are responsible for maintaining and creating relationships with partners. These are companies that support team InMotion in various ways, they are therefore essential to the progress of the team. You are the face of InMotion to all parties involved and the bridge between the partners and the team. This means that you will expand your network enormously in one year! It is important that you are able to manage expectations and are always looking for ways in which InMotion and its partners can strengthen each other. Furthermore, you are responsible for the organization of all partner and network events, for which an entrepreneurial and independent character is important.
Other responsibilities within your function are expanding the partner network and looking for potential partners that want to bring InMotion further in any way. In other words, you are not afraid to call, email, or speak to companies. Attending network events is also part of this job, as these provide opportunities to meet new partners who can help us achieve our ambitious goals.
It is important that you are the one who knows what the project will need in the future. Thinking ahead and having good contact with the engineers is essential. On a professional level, you can develop yourself enormously, not only through contact with partners but also things like presenting and drawing up contracts are part of your job.

As Partnership Manager, I am the face of the team for all current and potential, new partners. This means I have to build relations and broaden my network on a daily basis. This is done by having a lot of contact with companies. I do this because I am responsible for providing the team with all the necessary resources to continue the project. On top of that, I am responsible for organizing networking events.
The business team and board are a diverse group of people that I get to
work with. The current board is a total of six people. Sometimes the six
