Do you want to lead the business team of InMotion 2024-2025? Then Business Manager of InMotion is something for you!

As business manager, you will have the following responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for the business team of InMotion. This means you keep up-to-date with all business related activities, including partnerships, events, marketing and business finances. You will also chair the business meetings and keep in touch with former InMotion business members.
• You plan and manage events that InMotion organizes. Examples of such events are a career events that connect partners with students, a school tour for high schools and the annual end of the year event. For these events, you will manage the agendas, set deadlines, make sure the planning is feasible and fellow business members to execute events from beginning to end.
• You ensure that all business members can work as intended and fulfill their goals. For instance, you think of ways how the business team can work more efficiently, you talk with business members to manage equal workloads and set business team and individual goals. In addition, you are a valuable sparrings partner for the whole business team if they encounter problems.
• You are a link between the business and the technical team within InMotion. So you’ll be communicating with the technical team about the business planning to make sure that you are on the same page.
• As the business manager keeps the overview of the whole business team, their job is very versatile, one day you will be visiting a partner, while the other day you might help the marketing manager with a new campaign. This means you can let all your creativity flow throughout the whole team.

As the representative of the business team, you have a large responsibility in the team, whilst also having lots of room for freedom and personal development.
