As a technical manager, I am responsible for the technical process of this project. I make sure that the engineers and the rest of the team can work efficiently together, which requires me to start and manage many discussions about multi-disciplinary topics. Therefore, I keep an overview of the whole car and need to know the ins and outs of every part. With all this knowledge, I facilitate the engineers with tackling their challenges and make sure that our goals can be reached. During this year, I gathered many skills about managing a technical team, and these experiences will help me during my career after finishing my study. Having the responsibility for such a complex project is a really exciting challenge, and in the end, it gives great satisfaction when all plans come together on a circuit!
