Function description
Do you want to be the face of team InMotion 2024-2025? Then maybe Team Manager of InMotion is something for you!
As team manager, your work consists of the following points:
- You have the overall responsibility of the team, which entails being well-informed in a broad sense. You ensure that all team members can perform their work smoothly so that annual goals can be achieved. This also involved handling numerous small ancillary tasks, like chairing the weekly meetings with all the full-timers, supervisory board and the weekly update for all former members of InMotion during the team evenings.
- You are the primary point of contact. As the face of the team, you stay in contact with the team – both active and former members – and with the outside world. This implies staying consistently informed about all aspects of the team and effectively conveying this information in a professional manner. You’ll also attend a lot of events and give a lot of presentations.
- You play a large role in setting and maintaining goals. Together with your fellow team members, you set short-term goals for the team. However, as team manager, you’re also responsible for setting long-term goals and communicating these goals to other parties and stakeholders outside InMotion.
- You’re the bridge between the business and technical teams of InMotion. As team manager, you have to be informed of updates on every aspect of the team, as you’ll play an important role in the communication between the two sides of the team. Additionally, you ensure that the two teams work together properly.
All in all the
function of Team Manager is a varied job in which you have a lot of freedom to
