Our current Team Manager Rainier Heijne tells you about his experience being part of InMotion this year:
I started this year as Team Manager, and it already brought me some amazing and "once-in-a-lifetime" experiences. From hosting a stand at a big car show to presenting to dozens of partners and from organizing large events to closing major business deals. The function came with a big responsibility, as I had to make sure the team reached all its goals. This gave me a great sense of responsibility. The fact that I was also the face of the team to the outside world made me more comfortable presenting and gave me more confidence in negotiations. These experiences will help me be more valuable after I finish my master's but also build a network that will help me in my future career. But first and foremost, it is a hell of a lot of fun!
