Legal & Compliance Manager (part-time)
As InMotion moves closer to achieving its first racing milestone, the legal side of competing becomes increasingly important. Do you want to ensure that our technological ambitions are matched by a solid legal foundation? Then you might be our next Legal & Compliance Manager for team 2026–2027.
As Legal & Compliance Manager, you are responsible for overseeing all legal aspects related to participating in future races. You make sure that InMotion is fully prepared from a regulatory, contractual and liability perspective as we move towards officially competing on track.
Responsibilities include:
- You
research and map out all legal requirements for participating in national
and international racing events, including licenses, certifications,
safety regulations and governing body requirements.
- You
analyze race regulations and ensure that the team’s vehicle, operations
and organization comply with the applicable motorsport rules and
standards.
- You
review, draft and manage contracts related to race participation,
insurance, partnerships and event agreements.
- You
identify potential legal risks and proactively advise the board on
compliance, liability and risk mitigation.
- You
maintain contact with relevant authorities, race organizers and legal
advisors when needed.
This is a new part-time role with a strategic impact: while the car is being engineered on the technical side, you ensure that we are legally ready to cross the starting line.
