Description of the Function
As Project Manager, you are responsible for establishing and maintaining project planning for the technical part of InMotion and the end goal of your InMotion year. This planning aims to set achievable goals that the team can push for. To make sure that the team stands behind the planning and that the timeline is realistic, you gather input from the engineers and are in close contact with them to track the progress.
Communication is one of the most important qualities a Project Manager needs to have since you focus on establishing relationships and dependencies between all technical projects, departments, available resources, external deadlines, and the business side of InMotion. Your skill is to anticipate recent developments in the team to make sure deadlines are met and everything gets delivered on time. That is why you have to make sure that every member is aware of the deadlines, but also aware of the long-term planning.
