Function
As Chief of Operations & Logistics, you will be responsible for the on-track and off-track testing operations, the transport of the different cars, and responsible for the end event, possibly a race, of your InMotion year. You are in close contact with the Project Manager and PR & Event Manager, to keep an overview of all the moments the car(s) need to be transported. You will then be responsible for the logistics! Besides that, you are communicating a lot with the mechanical engineers, especially the performance engineer. Your task is not only to manage the logistics, but also organize the driving days. You will be responsible for the organization of what to test with a driving car, why to test, and when to test! One of the most important qualities you need to have is that you can keep an overview of different processes and people, and can take responsibility.
