After last month's vibration test, we came up with several enhancements to make our battery more resistant to vibrations. These solutions were designed, simulated, and later tested again at Thales ECC. The results were very positive: all critical vibrations disappeared and no damage was observed after the tests. This has given us enough confidence to include our solutions in the battery pack, to increase its lifetime. We plan to complete putting together the solutions in the pack in May, allowing us to proceed with the charge and discharge tests as we did back in March.
Furthermore, as mentioned last month, we received the electric motors and inverters! Unfortunately, we are currently unable to integrate them, as we are still awaiting the completion of our framework. However, the arrival of the motors has greatly motivated the technical team to maintain their pace!
In the upcoming month, we hope to pass the final battery tests, allowing us to integrate the battery into the car. Additionally, all the parts for the frame will be delivered so we can start with the welding process.
