The Vision is our future Le Mans participant for 2023! Contrarily to the Fusion, this car is also built for endurance. The Vision will be unique in the sense it will be the first fully electric race car ever to competing in the 24 Hours of Le Mans. It will compete in the Garage 56 class, our innovative technologies can be applied to make the race car as fast and sustainable as possible! Even though the Vision is still in the engineering phase, a lot has already been done. We are proud to present you our research so far.
Engineers of our team have already thought about the following subjects for the Vision: a fan system, suspension, electric powertrain, the aerodynamics, and the monocoque. The team has built up knowledge about most of these topics by building the Ignition and thereafter the Fusion. Furthermore, there have been multiple cases of research done, among which multiple master theses about different topics concerning the Vision. The key difference between these cars is the Vision is focused on fast charging.
The concept car is the embodiment of future electric mobility. The ultimate end goal of the team is now made attainable. The outline of the concept car has been carefully designed and engineered by the team. Making the end goal closer to reality, by our team tackling the primary technical challenge, charging times.
